2 follow up visits via Zoom or in-person

Initial consultation includes a 60 minute visit where we dive in and discuss, followed by a 30-60 minute visit about a week later to go over your specific protocol. The 1st follow up visit is about 6 weeks later and then a 2nd follow up visit about a month after that.

Initial consultation includes a 60 minute visit where we dive in and discuss, followed by a 30-60 minute
visit about a week later to go over your specific protocol. Then 5 more follow up visits roughly one month apart.

During the initial consultation we will go over your intake form discussing current concerns, health history, and other pertinent information and then decide together which concerns to address initially based on urgency and personal choice. I will then design a custom formula and protocol for you with detailed instructions. These may or may not include lifestyle/dietary adjustments, supplements and herbal preparations.
